Welcome, young conjurer, to WhimsyWizard! Please read these Terms and Conditions with the patience of a thousand-year-old wizard (or just scroll to the important bits, like everyone else). By accessing or using our magical site, you agree to the following terms:
Acceptance of Terms
By using WhimsyWizard (the “Site”), you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, wave your wand, close this tab, and quietly vanish.
User Content & Image Uploads
You may upload your own images to receive delightful, AI-generated artwork (our specialty!). Here’s the catch:
- Law-Abiding Conjuring: Do not upload any images that are illegal, infringe copyright, are hateful, explicit, or otherwise unsuitable for wizardly company.
- You Own Your Magic: Make sure you have the necessary rights to the images you upload.
- Grant Us a License: By uploading, you grant WhimsyWizard a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display your generated images for the purpose of creating magical transformations and running our site. Your originals however, will vanish from our box within 48 hours of your request being fulfilled.
AI and Spellbinding
The artwork you receive is made using powerful digital wizardry Please note:
- Unpredictable Enchantments: The results may vary—sometimes marvellous, sometimes magnificently weird.
- No Human Artists Be Harmed: All images are generated by AI, with a sprinkle of wizardly oversight.
Intellectual Property
All content, wizardly branding, and text on this site belong to WhimsyWizard, unless otherwise stated.
- Don’t Steal the Wizard’s Hat: You may not copy, redistribute, or exploit any content from WhimsyWizard without our consent. Please and thank you!
Limitations of Magic (and Liability)
- Errors Happen: The site, and the AI magic within, are provided as is, with no warranties. Sometimes spells fizzle.
- Not Responsible For: Any losses, damages, or magical backfires resulting from your use of WhimsyWizard.
- Be Kind: We reserve the right to ban users or remove content that breaks the rules (or just bothers the goblins).
Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time (wizards are always learning new spells). It’s your responsibility to check back now and then for changes.
